Medical information (medical records, test results, imaging data, etc.) prepared in foreign languages is required to be translated into Japanese before submission prior to your consultation.
If quick and easy translation becomes necessary for some unavoidable reasons, the resulting cost will be charged in addition to other medical expenses in accordance with the regulations of the hospital.
This quick and easy translation is not available for languages other than Chinese and English. In case of languages excluding these two, please be sure to prepare documents translated into Japanese in advance.
